Gerard Lewis - Sales Director (Sunshine Coast)

Purchased his first managmeent rights from Ross Venz in 1989 on the Gold Coast then sold in 1992 and acquired management rights on the Sunshine Coast and commenced working for Venz as their Sunshine Coast sales director. Currently the longest serving salesperson in management rights on the Sunshine Coast Gerry has sold more than any other agent. Lecturer and co-ordinator for QRAMA residnet manager training courses for the past 10 years, he also lecturers for the Property Training Queensland at restricted agents license courses and at QMAS seminars.

Maria Duke - Sales Director (Sunshine Coast)

Joined Venz in October 2002 after learning the business first hand in a 20 unit complex at Cotton Tree. After four years there and two years working in other complexes, the Duke family company has now just sold Beachfront Towers in Maroochydore and is moving on to a new challenge in a new building.
